CFI Capital Inc.

CFI Capital Inc. (“CFI Capital”) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Corpfinance International Limited. CFI Capital, which was established in 2002, acts as manager for the CFI Infrastructure Opportunities LP (the “CFI Fund”). The CFI Fund is an $80 million private equity infrastructure fund which has completed equity and subordinated debt investments in a portfolio of Canadian, mid-market infrastructure projects and companies. The CFI Fund’s investments include run-of-river hydro, co-generation, waste-water / bio-solids treatment and energy recovery generation plants. In its capacity as manager of the CFI Fund, CFI Capital sources transactions, evaluates opportunities, negotiates and structures deals, and manages the investments.

CFI Capital is responsible for creating new private equity funds, and is currently marketing the CFI Infrastructure Opportunities LP II (the “CFI Fund II”). The CFI Fund II has a target size of $150 million and will also invest in a portfolio of Canadian, mid-market infrastructure projects. More specifically, the CFI Fund II will target opportunities in power generation, water & waste-water / bio-solids treatment, long term care centres, and other areas within infrastructure.
