Long-Term Financing

The majority of financings provided by CFI are Project Financings. In other words, the revenue stream from the project is the sole source of capital that we look to for repayment of our debt. Our financings provide the capital required to build the project, i.e., the Construction Financing and combine that with the long term or “take-out” financing. Since we provide both construction and take-out financing in the one facility, naturally, our customers benefit from not only the time saved by not having to negotiate two separate facilities but substantial savings in terms of documentation, legal fees and financing fees. With CFI financing there is only one fee structure applicable to both parts of the construction and take-out as both facilities are melded into one.
