CFI supported sustainability through the use of recycled and reclaimed materials, such as re-using old brick to cover cinderblock walls and using wood planks removed from one portion of the original floor to clad metal beams.

Structured Finance

We also believe financing should match the life expectancy of our customers’ assets. That’s why, on transactions ranging from $10 to $100 million, we can offer fixed interest terms and amortizations for up to 30 years.

While we provide the capital required to get the project off the ground, the revenue stream is the sole source of capital that we look to for repayment of our debt.

CFI also provides both construction and take-out financing in one facility. This way our customers save time negotiating and save money in documentation, legal and financing fees.

On all our projects, CFI is the lender, not merely the agent. This allows the corporate borrower to access vast pools of capital while limiting its dealings to only one party.
